• These cases relate to disputes involving money or property valued at $5,000.01 or more.
• The Plaintiff is required to produce initial Complaint and Summons and all additional filings for the case.  Our office does not provide forms for the initial filing.
• These cases may be filed on the 3rd floor in the Circuit Civil Division, or we will accept your filing via mail or overnight delivery service.
• If mailing/overnighting, please be sure to include all fees, documentation, and notarized paperwork where applicable. Please note that if you fail to do so your case will not be filed and will be returned to you.
