We are always striving to stay on the forefront of technology to make it work for you.  Kenton County has been a leader in this effort, serving as a pilot county for a number of the Court of Justice technological innovations.

EFiling is currently only available for attorneys.  Click the Court of Justice website for more information on eFiling.

Kenton County also has available:

  1. Payment of traffic tickets on the epay system.
  2. E-EPO/IPO – while paper forms are still filled out, the forms are then scanned to the judge and electronically sent to the Sheriff for service.
  3. ECitation- officers electronically cite individuals for traffic offenses.
