These cases involve capital offenses and felonies which are the result of an Indictment from the Grand Jury. In some instances, there may be a direct indictment that does not go to a Grand Jury.<\/p>\n

Services offered in Circuit Criminal for felony cases include, but are not limited to:<\/p>\n

\n
• Posting and refunding of bonds;<\/li>\n
• Accepting payments for court cost, fines, fees, restitution and supervision fees, if ordered by the court;<\/li>\n
• Assist in determining court date, time and courtroom; and<\/li>\n
• Expungements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Acceptable payment methods include:<\/span><\/p>\n

  \n
  • cash;<\/li>\n
  • money order;<\/li>\n
  • personal check for fines and fees only (with a photo ID);<\/li>\n
  • cashier\u2019s check;<\/li>\n
  • debit card ($2 fee if pin is entered); and\/or<\/li>\n
  • credit card ($5 fee) with proper ID\/ phone transaction must be completed by card holder.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    *Note: restitution payments are required to be made in cash.<\/p>\n
