KRS 395.450.<\/li>\n<li>These cases generally do not require a court date.<\/li>\n<li>You may use the Ky Access to Justice Guided interview process to produce free forms to Dispense with Administration of an Estate by going<a href=\"https:\/\/a2j.org\/guide\/consent\/8cd70c75-7bb3-4f32-bf8c-34169feccda2\"> here.<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Filing Fees(unless\u00a0accompanied by a Motion for Leave to Proceed In Forma Pauperis)<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 $75.50 <\/strong>without a will<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 $ 122.50\u00a0<\/strong>with a will (to be recorded with the Kenton County Clerk)<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/kycourts.gov\/Legal-Forms\/Legal%20Forms\/830.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Petition\/Order to Dispense with Administration \u2013 Form AOC-830<\/a><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Once a case is filed, and processed by a Deputy Clerk, it is then delivered to Judge&#8217;s Office for ruling. \u00a0If the Petition is granted, the signed order will be certified and mailed to the petitioner and attorney, if applicable. If the Petition is denied, you will receive notification from our office.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/strong>2<strong>. \u00a0<u>Petition to Probate Estate<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>When the decedent\u2019s estate is valued at more than $30,000.00, the Petitioner asks the court for appointment to handle the financial matters of the decedent (collecting assets, paying debts, and distributing remaining assets according to the terms of the will or according to the law that applies when there is no will).<\/li>\n<li>These cases require a hearing date, that will be provided to you upon filing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Filing\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Fees(unless\u00a0accompanied by a Motion for Leave to Proceed In Forma Pauperis)<\/strong><strong> : \u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0$125.50 <\/strong>without a will<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0$172.50 <\/strong>with a will (to be recorded with the Kenton County Clerk)<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/kycourts.gov\/Legal-Forms\/Legal%20Forms\/805.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Petition to Probate Will and\/or Appt Admin\/Exec \u2013 Form AOC-805<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/kycourts.gov\/Legal-Forms\/Legal%20Forms\/806.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Order Probating Will and Appointing Admin\/Exec \u2013 Form AOC-806<\/a><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/kycourts.gov\/Legal-Forms\/Legal%20Forms\/825.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fiduciary Bond \u2013 Form AOC-825<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/kycourts.gov\/Legal-Forms\/Legal%20Forms\/40.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Waiver of Recording \u2013 Form AOC-040<\/a><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Probate Hearings are held on Monday and Wednesday afternoons<\/strong><span>.
