As of May 2022 the Kenton Circuit Clerk’s office no longer issues licenses or ID’s.  The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet has taken over all of those functions.  You may find more information and make an appointment to get a license/Real ID/ID at http://www.drive.ky.gov.
