• CRIMINAL CASES

These cases involve capital offenses and felonies which are the result of an Indictment from the Grand Jury. In some instances, there may be a direct indictment that does not go to a Grand Jury.

Services offered in Circuit Criminal for felony cases include, but are not limited to:

  • Posting and refunding of bonds;
  • Accepting payments for court cost, fines, fees, restitution and supervision fees, if ordered by the court;
  • Assist in determining court date, time and courtroom; and
  • Expungements.

Acceptable payment methods include:

  • cash;
  • money order;
  • personal check for fines and fees only (with a photo ID);
  • cashier’s check;
  • debit card ($2 fee if pin is entered); and/or
  • credit card ($5 fee) with proper ID/ phone transaction must be completed by card holder.

*Note: restitution payments are required to be made in cash.
