These cases involve capital offenses and felonies which are the result of an Indictment from the Grand Jury. In some instances, there may be a direct indictment that does not go to a Grand Jury.
Services offered in Circuit Criminal for felony cases include, but are not limited to:
- Posting and refunding of bonds;
- Accepting payments for court cost, fines, fees, restitution and supervision fees, if ordered by the court;
- Assist in determining court date, time and courtroom; and
- Expungements.
Acceptable payment methods include:
- cash;
- money order;
- personal check for fines and fees only (with a photo ID);
- cashier’s check;
- debit card ($2 fee if pin is entered); and/or
- credit card ($5 fee) with proper ID/ phone transaction must be completed by card holder.
*Note: restitution payments are required to be made in cash.
