There is a filing fee.  There is an additional fee for service of process depending up the service method you choose.

Forms are not provided when filing for termination of parental rights. While hiring an attorney is not required, you may want to consult an attorney when filing for these types of cases, as there are many rules and requirements involved.

You must provide sufficient copies of a termination of parental rights petition. There must be a copy for each summons to be served, as well as a copy for any Guardian ad Litem or Warning Order Attorney appointed.
