The ION Center (Women’s Crisis Center) is available to support survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault during the process of filing an EPO or TIPO. Survivors are welcome to call the hotline or go to the Covington Outreach office to discuss the process and explore options available to them, as well as explore safety planning strategies and other agency services that may be helpful. Those who want to file are able to meet an advocate at our outreach office to complete the EPO/TIPO paperwork in an environment that is quiet, calm, and supportive. Advocates are also available for emotional support during EPO/TIPO hearings.
